Polyglot4dev conferences

The first step to become polyglot developer

This is a unique conference, first of its kind conference, where visitors already familiar with a particular language or technology can actually LEARN in a fast way other languages and technologies!

The goal is to improve ourselves, not to be focused only on one technology stack, to be able to use the best tools for the job, and to be able to think differently and see the bigger picture.

Technology stacks come and go, the same happens for frameworks, languages, and tools, but we are the ones that stay and wanna choose. Always wanna learn, but you never wanna lose !

So if you always wanna go, but you never wanna stay. Always want to learn new things and want to get out of your comfort zone. Join us on a UNIQUE journey where we will explore new worlds, new languages, frameworks, package managers and etc.

Become a polyglot developer TODAY!

The second edition is for all us Web developers out there that want to learn or at least see the other programming languages and technology stacks.

2023 - the year of the web polyglot4web conference by polyglot4dev ;)

It will happen in person, 26th October 2023 at Inter Expo Center, Sofia! If you are a person who wants to learn how to write React or want to learn WTF is the 'Dart' side of the force does .NET or Blazor have a future OR is Angular better then Vue or simply wants to understand what this black magic called webpack and who in the world will prefer TypeScript over JavaScript. then this is the conference for YOU !

A good programmer is someone who always looks both ways before crossing a one-way street.

Agenda!

The agenda is not yet available available, it's still under development ;)

However there is an open Call for papers, so you can submit your talks.

The call for papers will be opened till 1st of August, everything web related is welcome, so topics like Angular, Vue, React, TypeScript or Webpack or npm mambo jambo.

Also things like why bun is better then nodeJS or what happened with Deno are welcome.

What is not welcome is desktop stuff like Java Swing, WinForms or React native, however if you speak about jPro(JavaFX) or DukeScript or Flutter for web it is kinda ok. Things like PHP or Grails are fine as well :)

Topics about creating games in JavaScript using Pixi.js or Phaser are also more then welcome.

Server-side topics are also semi-welcome (50/50) like Quarkus or SpringMVC but its better to keep them for polyglot4enterprise edition, since they are not exactly "web" even though they are "digital" and "net".

However things like JSF are 70/30 good or things like hilla framework is even 80/20 better.

All talks are and will be in Bulgarian, ще си говорим на Български, така че няма страшно :)

PHP is a minor evil perpetrated and created by incompetent amateurs, whereas Perl is a great and insidious evil, perpetrated by skilled but perverted professionals.
